Siddhartha Paul is a Ph.D. student in Dr. Shaffer's lab working as a full-time Research Assistant at the University of Houston, Texas since May 2021.

 

He completed his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar (NIT Silchar), and Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati). Before starting his Ph.D. journey, he worked for the Govt. of India in a research project sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi.

Fun fact: Siddhartha is a movie lover. He also likes to do cycling and swimming.
